Update Cgov Solutions 2017: A new list of Cgov Solutions and Apps is attached. This list, updated as of 1st June 2017 has reorganised our Solutions to reflect the latest trends in code-less development, process automation and digital transformation. This sounds like a mouthful of jargon, but our results and the benefits of Cgov are the same – reduced costs and increased productivity. Check out the linkto see the new Solutions for iForms, and Business Process Integration.

Cgov Conference Update: The 2017 Conference will be on 4 and 5 September, at QT on the Gold Coast this year. This is the last day to book and expense the Conference from the 2016/17 FY Budget!. Please call Eliza in the office on 07 3211 4444 to request an invoice or confirm your booking by credit card.
This year’s Cgov Conference will include dedicated workshops for Cgov Solutions e.g. Credentialing and Workforce Management, Audits and QIRT, including advice on the latest Cgov feature enhancements. Other sessions will include Customer Case Studies, and a series of 3 keynote topic briefings. See the Agenda for further details on this years conference, we hope to see all your faces there this year.

Cgov SAP Integration: A new project is starting in July to develop a bi-directional interface between Cgov Solutions and SAP. Working with Datacom (SAP provider in Victoria) we are releasing this interface to an initial group of 5 Victorian Health Services. It will enable live updating of staff details from SAP to Cgov Solutions in areas including AHPRA Workforce Management, Training records, Staff Medical Records etc.
A second interface is already underway with Alfred Health in Victoria to link Cgov to the Success Factors HR system (an SAP subsidiary) in July.

Research Management Solution: Cgov is launching a new Solution for Research Management in July which has been developed in Wide Bay HHS Queensland. Separate Business Processes have been specified for Online Research Enquiries, Classification of Research, Audits, Service Evaluations or Quality Improvement activity. Approval process have been created for Ethics Approval (if required) and for Site Specific Approval (SSA’s) when Research is conducted locally. The Solution tracks actual resource use and costs against budgets and also provides Executive Reporting across all activity types.
We believe this Solution will be a valuable upgrade for any Health Service who has resources and budgets involved in Research Activities.

Office News: Two new Cgov interns are commencing work from 3 July, please welcome Alex McColl and Jacob Keogh if you happen to hear a new voice on the phone. Our Consultant program is now formally endorsed with a 6 month internship followed by a minimum of 18 months experience before staff become fully qualified.
Also please note: we are running professional training for all staff tomorrow (Friday 30th June) from 12:30pm and the office will not be staffed. All calls will be forwarded however, and we will still monitor any urgent issues if raised in IDIS.
