International Forum for Safety and Quality in Healthcare: Annual Conference. The Institute for Healthcare Improvement hosts this Forum every year with more than 3,000 delegates attending a 3 day Conference to learn, network and plan health improvement strategies. Cgov will be attending as part of an international group representing innovations in safety and quality in healthcare. System Managers Webinars:
The Systems Managers Training Webinars scheduled on the last Thursday of each month will recommence in February. There will be multiple Seminars in February as the topic will be the introduction to Version 7 including use of mobile forms and new dashboard and reporting features. We will distribute an online form early in February so you can register for the most convenient Webinar in February.
Cgov Version 7:
Version 7 of the Cgov Private Cloud Platform as a Service will be implemented in Europe in February and we plan for 4 weeks live testing before we upgrade Australian customers to this new Release. Version 7 will be released as a normal Constructive Maintenance upgrade and all configured features in your Solutions will be maintained. The major system improvements in Version 7 are the upgrade to Mobile First technology, upgrading he code base to PHP7 and enhancements to Dashboards and Reporting Modules. Release Notes will be made available at least 4 weeks before the upgrade and webinars in February will be dedicated to demonstrations of Version 7.
The Cgov systems integration engine is now in live use. Cgovaccess.com.au provides the secure link between Cgov Solutions and external databases or web services. Standard interface formats are supported for SFTP, SOAP, REST and OData; new API’s can now be developed quickly. This creates the capability to build local website portals to link with the Cgov business processing engine, removing the need for forms based processes. I.e. Cgov business processes can now be initiated using data from existing systems or databases and Cgov can complete process by passing information back to an existing legacy system like Payroll or HR.
Please welcome two new Cgov interns: Wesley and Jerome who commenced work at our Brisbane office in December and a third new Intern will commence in our Melbourne office in February. 2018 will be a year of significant expansion for Cgov both in our product range and our staff; but we are committed to even better levels of direct support and familiarity with your individual solutions. Growing larger is no excuse for losing touch with individual customers needs.
