Covid-19 ERVM Solution
Cgov is continuing to operate at full capacity and all our business continuity and work from home protocols are in place; with 85% of all staff now connecting online for work every morning. As at 27 March, we are maintaining a small presence in the Brisbane Office to answer the phone and provide direct access to our paper based records as they are needed.
All projects and support work are continuing on our original time and budget project plans and service levels. We will continue to support all our healthcare customers, as you all deal with the more urgent tasks to battle the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic. Please contact us if we can assist in any way. Our recent work with the Northern Territory Health Department has been a great example of our ability to quickly create new business process apps for urgent situations. The Covid-19 Emergency Response Volunteer Management Solution was designed and conceived within 24 hours.
Cgov Covid-19 Emergency Response Volunteer Management Solution:
In response to a request from Northern Territory Health, Cgov have developed a new Solution to manage the registration and assignment of volunteers to assist in the Covid-19 response.

Cgov is making this solution immediately available for use in any Health Service or Hospital that has a current Cgov Subscription; with no additional cost for the license or localisation work. This Solution can be installed and localised for live use within 48 hours.
