Cgov 2020 Conference Update:
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback last month. The vote was overwhelming that we keep the date and location for this year at QT on the Gold Coast on 14-15 September, so we have committed to run the best conference ever and hope to see everyone there!
This year we have increased the opportunities for networking and for scheduling meetings with your Cgov Consultant. We will also hold a separate day for advanced System Manager Training on 16th September, immediately after the Conference.

Office Covid-19 Update:
The Brisbane office is now running a rotating 50% return to the Office whilst we still maintain social distancing. We will be back to 100% as soon as the rules allow it. The Melbourne office remains closed and all staff continue to work from home. This is likely to continue until at least the end of July. Please call us in Brisbane on 07 3211 4444 or use direct emails to contact your Melbourne based Consultants. New IDIS cases should still be submitted using the online form.
EOFY Projects:
Many Customers have requested project work or change requests as we approach the end of the financial year; or want work done immediately in the new year. It is always a good time to catch up on enhancements like:
- Convert to Mobile First forms
- Implement Key Document Apps
- Integrate Cgov to local databases
- Upgrade business processes or workflows
Please contact us if you are considering any upgrades in the new year.
2020 Account Management Meetings:
Just a reminder that we are still planning face to face annual account management meetings this year. It’s important we get your feedback every year, and also a chance to discuss your requirements looking 12 months ahead. Of course I hope we see everybody at the Conference in September, but we are also planning to get out of the office to meet everyone individually before the end of the year. The planning schedule is to visit all Victorian sites in the second half of October and all Queensland sites in the second half of November. Sumer and Emily will be on the phone to coordinate the itinerary for these road trips immediately after the Conference.
Cgov No Code Application Development Framework:
Next Financial Year we are focusing on our position as a specialist No Code Applicational Development platform for healthcare; as a way to better introduce us to your CIO. Cgov has the unique combination of a world class Codeless Development Toolkit, a proven Methodology for the design and configuration of new Solutions and Apps, and a detailed understanding of Healthcare organisations. We encourage you to think about what Cgov could be configured to do, to assist you; and how your local IT Department might be able to use Cgov to reduce project time and cost for the new applications you need.
