Cgov 2020 Conference Update:
Despite our best efforts to keep this year’s Conference on schedule for September 14th – 16th,  the uncertainty of extended travel restrictions and the recent appropriation of our Conference venue (QT) to be a dedicated quarantine facility, have forced us to take the decision to postpone the Cgov 2020 Conference until later in the financial year. We will be re-scheduling, however we will wait until there is more certainty regarding the COVID-19 restrictions to confirm a date with you in the upcoming months. For the many of you that have already registered to attend the Conference in September, we extended our sincerest apologies, and will be contacting you directly to sort out either refunding your registration fees or holding on to them for the future Conference date once decided.

Office Covid-19 Update:
The Brisbane office is now running at 100% with everyone back in the Office. The Melbourne office remains closed and all staff continue to work from home. This is likely to continue until at least the end of August. Our thoughts are with Varsha and her team and all our customers in Victoria at this frustrating time. Please call us in Brisbane on 07 3211 4444 or use direct emails to contact your Melbourne based Consultants. New IDIS cases should still be submitted using the online form.

Cgov at the AIDH Conference:
The Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) has rescheduled its Annual Conference as a roadshow from 10- 20 November 2020. Specific dates where we are attending are:

  • Brisbane 10th November
  • Sydney 17th November
  • Melbourne 20th November

Cgov will have an exhibit in both Brisbane and Melbourne and we have also requested a case study presentation in Sydney. If you attend any of these events, please drop in to say hello. Our focus at the AIDH is to promote our success as a No Code Application Development framework with both the toolkit and the methodology necessary for success.

New Interfaces for CgovAccess:
CgovAccess is now officially our most widely deployed Solution. It offers seamless integration for customers to synchronise with the backend Cgov Cloud system. This feature includes synchronisation with third party databases as well as the ability to create and update Cgov files. Since Cgovaccess adapts to integrate with different third party interfaces, it simplifies the communication and saves the development work from our customers. The following table shows current implemented use cases and the list will be extended when there are more projects integrated with other different protocols:

  • SOAP
  • OData
  • RESTful using JSON
  • JSON
  • HP TRIM Data and Document Archive
  • SFTP
  • Text and Binary Files

Update for CgovCME Expenses Management:
There have been several recent enquiries for our CME Expenses Management Solution and in response we have extended the Solution to include business processes for:

  • CME Expenses Claims
  • CME Expenses Batch Processing
  • CME Expenses, FY Records including rollover of entitlement
