Office Covid-19 Update:
The Brisbane office is now running at 100% with everyone back in the Office; and staff now have the ability to work from home 1 day a week. Our Melbourne team will return to the office from the week starting 8th March, initially working in the city on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Cgov Conference 2021:
We are planning for a return to the Gold Coast for the Cgov Annual User Conference in 2021. A final decision will be made in May, after we have some certainty that interstate travel bans and State Lockdowns will not disrupt the event. The dates are the 13th – 14th September, so plan ahead if you need approval to travel this year. The Conference will follow the a similar agenda that was proposed for last year’s event, including a dedicated training day on the 15th September. As planned last year the emphasis will be on networking opportunities and meetings with Cgov Consultants in addition to product briefings, innovation sessions and customer case studies. We are all looking forward to seeing as many customers as possible in September.

Australian Immunisation Register Vaccination Records:
Final Certification testing for the Australian Health Systems Developer Portal (PRODA) Webservices is commencing this week.  This includes all 15 webservices available through Services Australia such as for Medicare, Health Identifiers, Aged Care and the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). Thus we will be able to automatically update the AIR from our Staff Medical Records (SMR) Solutions. If you have our SMR Solution or are planning to implement it in 2021, please contact us to learn how we can automatically upload your data into the AIR for Covid-19 and annual influenza vaccinations. Please contact our office on 07 3211 4444 if you would like more information on this new capability.

Asset Management for Medical Equipment:
This new Cgov Solution is now available from March 2021. Health services maintain 1000’s of equipment items that must be managed as an Asset. This requires dedicated records for asset description and location and equipment specific maintenance and risk assessment records. Cgov manages all these items in a single register with dedicated workflows for the asset lifecycle as well as automated processes for all maintenance and risk assessment activities. Cgov also automates end of life and replacement processes. Please contact our office on 07 3211 4444 if you would like more information on this new capability.

Prevocational Training Accreditation:
Accreditation for Junior Doctor Training Programs is a complex and time consuming activity, with many large Health Services maintaining  Accreditation with more than 30 different Medical Colleges. The Cgov Solution integrates separate functionality for workflow automation, document management and actions or task management. The Solution creates a unique file for each College’s Accreditation, using consistent workflow steps for pre-audit activity, audit preparation and post audit activities. The workflows for all upcoming Accreditation Audits are managed through a single Online Register, and all active accredited training programs are also available online. Please contact our office on 07 3211 4444 if you would like more information on this new capability.

Cgov No-Code Toolkit:
The Cgov No-Code Toolkit was launched last year. See the short video presentation. This highlights our flexible configuration capability and our methodology to design and implement new Solutions using No Code Tools and the CgovAccess integration middleware. Ultimately it’s about solving problems quickly with the minimum of expense.

All Cgov Enterprise License customers are entitled to this capability automatically, managed and supported through your IT Department. Everyone else should contact us if you would like more information on how to replace existing systems that are dependent on paper forms, spreadsheets or standalone access databases or SharePoint. “No Code” customers can also supplement existing Enterprise systems by integrating with CgovAccess to pull data, solve the problem and then push the results back. Please give us a call on 07 3211 4444 to discuss.
