New Cgov Capabilities:

The need to integrate with other systems and gather real-time data is becoming an increasing requirement in organisations. CgovAccess was developed to be the bridge between your Cgov solution and other systems. Over the years, CgovAccess has been developed to integrate and communicate with HR systems, Payroll, WebPas and most recently with the Australian Immunisation Register. This allows your Cgov solution to not only retrieve immunisation history but also Covid-19 vaccination details to ensure your practitioners are compliant with your hospital and state regulations.

Tips and Tricks:
Each month we come across tips related to the current Cgov configuration. Here are a few observations based off recent customer experience:

Displaying Graphs and Registers from other App(s): Graphs and registers that have already been created can be displayed within another app in the same solution. The only prerequisite for this to occur is that the destination app and related app are within the same solution. This is beneficial for displaying related registers and graphs all within the one application.  An example of this is that we can display registers & graphs from Key Documents within the main Credentialing app.

Using the History button to navigate to previous App(s) or files accessed in your current session: At the top left hand corner of your Cgov window there is a clock icon . If you hover this icon it will display a list of applications and files that you have accessed in the order you opened them during your current session. You will be redirected to the relevant application or file by left clicking it inside the history list.

Using the Activities section to view history of MS Word templates generated from a file: Ms Word templates can be generated from a file using the ‘Document’ button . Each time a document is generated, a record will be added within the ‘Activities’ section of the file which will outline details about the document such as type, date & time generated. This is beneficial as you can see the history of generated documents and are able to open these documents by right clicking and selecting ‘Open Document’
